Our manufacturing processes, attention to detail, and quality control are all tailored to the American market and standards, as over 95% of our business is within North America.
UIPI has been manufacturing single-row, double-row, three-row roller, and cross roller bearings for over a decade. Size capabilities extend to over 18 feet, and we have dedicated engineers ready to help fit your needs. We are happy to retrofit into your current application, choose from over 10,000 current models, or start from scratch with a new design.

All of our bearings are manufactured using 42CrMo4 (4140), just like Rotek, Kaydon, etc. We receive chemical composition certification on each raw forging, and do further testing in-house.
All processes done in-house
We purchased the top of the line heat treatment CNC machines so we could do all raceway and gear hardening in-house. This brings our attention to quality control to EVERY step of the manufacturing process.
Continuing Improvement
We are constantly trying to improve our products, quality control, and quality management. The addition of API registration has helped us improve in each of these aspects, and we look forward to continuing to push forward. On the horizon, we plan to begin the process of Certification of our management system and sustainability through DNV-GL, a global leader in the field.

Certificates
In addition to ISO Certification and API Registration, we issue liability insurance for each of our customers, covering up to $2M. We have never had to use this coverage, but it acts as a great safety net for those hesitant to make the jump to Chinese manufacturing. Each bearing carries an industry standard one-year warranty, and we stand behind our product.

Customer Service
Often times, we hear customers comment that other bearing manufacturers take too long to respond to requests for quotes or customer service issues. We work direct with the owner of UIPI, the head of manufacturing, and the head of engineering. If we have new bearing projects, re-quoting old projects, or any customer service questions, we strive to have answers within 24 hours.
